We spent Christmas at this resort and had a great view of the lake. The staff was polite and friendly, and the restaurant served delicious food. We also enjoyed the children's fun park, which was a great attraction for the kids. the location was convenient and easy to find.
The room we were assigned was not cleaned thoroughly and had evidence of the previous occupant's beard trimmings on the sideboard. the water pressure in the shower was low, and other guests were smoking in the dining area.

The arrival and departure time (15.00 o'clock arrival, until 10.00 o'clock departure) is not very customer-friendly. Especially the departure time with breakfast is a bit hectic (you have vacation)

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The view from our room was simply breathtaking, overlooking a serene lake that added a touch of tranquility to our stay. The staff here were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Despite their limited English, they made a genuine effort to assist us with anything we needed.

The hotel offers great views of the lake and a nice children's fun park. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was well-equipped and clean with comfortable beds. the location and parking were also very good. the food in the restaurant was of a high standard, and there were tasty options for breakfast.
Some guests were seen smoking in the restaurant, which may be unpleasant for non-smokers.

Great Christmas vacation! the hotel had an awesome location with a beautiful view and cozy atmosphere. the staff was friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food and spacious and clean room with comfortable beds.
We felt that the check-out time could have been later and the breakfast should have had more variety and lasted longer. It was disappointing that we did not receive the room we booked for on arrival, but the staff quickly sorted out the issue.
